- Welcome by the experienced chefs from Running Papaya in Berlin
- Introduction to Spanish tapas cuisine and recipes
- Division into small teams for a joint cooking experience
- Preparation of various tapas depending on the season, such as:
- Homemade bread (pan) and aioli
- Pimientos de Padron
- Papa's Arrugadas with Mojo Verde & Mojo Rojo
- Tortilla and croquetas de jamón
- Spicy albóndigas and mushrooms in balsamic
- Dessert such as chocolate cake with liquid core or crema catalana
- Enjoy the prepared tapas with wine together
- Exchange with chefs and helpful tips & tricks
